Siemens Conductor Experience

6-9 August

This leadership programme has been developed in coordination with Siemens, the company that sponsors our Music Director, Eckehard Stier.

Secondary students are nominated by their school music teachers for this experience, which enables them to shadow Maestro Stier for a week as he prepares the orchestra for a concert, and gives the performance. Students receive conducting lessons and support from APO Education staff, and tickets to the performance in the Auckland Town Hall.

Lunch is provided daily.

Just 10 places available, with some reserved for schools near Siemens head office in South Auckland.
