The Trusts Community Foundation Secondary School Scholarships

Do you want to know exactly what it’s like to have a career as an orchestral musician? This programme is for you!

Audition for one of seven places, with one scholarship reserved for a Maori or Pacific Island student. Scholars

•    are paired with an APO musician mentor
•    receive eight sessions to prepare for playing with the APO
•    perform as part of the orchestra in the Kiwi Kapers concert
•    have automatic entry to the APO Young Achievers programme
