APO Ticketing – Subscriber Services on the lower ground floor (access from Aotea Square) will now be open on concert nights*. So if you wish to add to your subscription, exchange a ticket, replace a lost ticket or have any other queries regarding your subscription, this can all be done while you are already in town for the concert.
The office will be staffed on all our Thursday night main-series concerts and our Opera in Concert, and will be open until the concert begins.
For the time being, ticket collection will still be on the Queens Street level of the Town Hall and single ticket sales will still only be available from the Ticketmaster desk.
*The serivce will be available for all concerts in the New Zealand Herald Premier Series, the Newstalk ZB Series, the Town Hall concerts in the Bayleys Great Classics Series and the concert performance of Verdi’s Otello only.
Enjoy live jazz and a drink with the musicians, soloists and conductors after most APO concerts in the Auckland Town Hall Deutz Bar.
Concerts in The New Zealand Herald Premier Series, Bayleys Great Classics Series, Newstalk ZB Series and Opera in Concert are broadcast live on Radio New Zealand Concert (FM 92.6 MHz).
